Through this programme the link between high organisational performance and health is highlighted using a range of different perspectives. Participants are challenged to think critically about how to best lead and manage self and others toward healthy and sustained organisational performance.
This programme helps participants to understand how to cultivate a culture of health and wellbeing across their teams and throughout the organisation.
