High performance is the result of the creation of a healthy organisation with healthy individuals. In this first example we show an organisation with unhealthy employees, employees through the self-report survey have scored their own range of health indicators, like sleep, fitness, diet etc. as being low. They have also given a low score for many of the organisational health indicators such as leadership behaviours, culture or practices and policies. When you have an unhealthy organisation with unhealthy employees you have a recipe for an underperforming organisation
